Centre Overview
The Centre of Research in Language Education was established in 2021 as a key research centre of the Department of Language and Literacy Education, Faculty of Education. It aims to advance knowledge that promotes the improvement of language and teacher education in Malaysia and the wider educational community. Its research seeks to enhance appropriate, engaging, and inclusive language pedagogies shape the knowledge base for language teacher education and influence current discourses and policies on language education, language teacher education, and multilingual societies.
Vision
To be an educational research center of excellence in the language teaching pedagogy and teacher education.
Mission
To inform and disseminate innovations in pedagogical research and language teacher education.

International Online Jornal of Educational Leadership (IOJEL) is a double-blind peer-reviewed open access journal which is published twice a year, in January and July in English. This journal published empirical conceptual, and review papers of excpetional quality that contributes to the theoretical and practical discussions of educational leadership thinking and practices. It provides a platform for deliberations and exchange of knowledge among educational leadership scholars and practitioners to discuss issues and development in leadership for schools, educational management, educational organizations, and higher education. IOJEL accepts manuscripts in any mode of inqury (e.g., positivist, interpretative or critical approach) with qualitative, quantitative, or mix method that has the potential to contribute to the field of educational leadership.
